Philip joined Notre Dame Health Care as President and Chief Executive Officer in May of 2024. He has nearly 40 years of leadership experience in the healthcare field including many years of service in non-profit post-acute care, long term care, memory care, assisted living and independent living communities. Philip received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Healthcare Management from Century University and his Masters in Business Administration in Health Care Administration from Trinity College & University. He is licensed in Massachusetts, Maine and Pennsylvania as a Nursing Home Administrator.
