30 Years of Care and Compassion – A Celebration of our Long Term Care & Rehabilitation Center

We are pleased to be planning our annual Fall Fundraising Event as an in person gathering and a celebration of the 30th Anniversary of our Long Term Care & Rehabilitation Center.

Notre Dame Health Care Center, Inc. was established in 1990 and opened our Long Term Care & Rehabilitation Center (LTC) in 1993 welcoming residents from both the Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur as well as from the lay community.

We are delighted to host this year’s fall fundraising event as our major culminating celebration of the year. A time when we will gather to “Remember the Past and Imagine the Future” of our service to the community.

We will honor the Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur for establishing Notre Dame Health Care Center and their leadership in the creation of our Long Term Care and Rehabilitation Center.

We will remember David Putnam, President of F.L. Putnam and a founding Board Member of Notre Dame Health Care.

We will also honor Father Jonathan Slavinskas with our first Sister Jon Julie Sullivan Mission Award to recognize his many contributions to Notre Dame Health Care and the greater Worcester community in a way that embodies the spirit and creativity of the award’s namesake, the late Sister Jon Julie Sullivan.

We hope you’ll join us!
