The ServSafe™ Manager training program provides classroom instruction to help students prepare to take the ServSafe™ Food Protection Manager Certification Exam. Teaching methods include PowerPoint and DVD, as well as lecture from an instructor with experience in the field of Food Service. Topics covered include critical principles such as personal hygiene, cross-contamination, time and temperature, receiving and storage, food safety management systems, hourly employee training, and more.
This 8-hour class includes breakfast and materials. Classroom instruction and review will be followed by the Certification exam. Exam will be taken using pencil/paper and students will have results within 10 days. Online testing may be possible for an additional fee.
